Our Surrogate Requirements

  • Are between the ages of 21-39

  • You must have already given birth to at least one child

  • No major complications during your previous pregnancies

  • No more than 5 total deliveries, 2 C-sections, 2 miscarriages or premature births (delivery before 36 weeks for singleton and 34 weeks for twins)

  • You must be a U.S. citizen or legal resident ​

  • Willing to take IVF medication by injection/shots before and during pregnancy

  • You are a non-smoker, non-drug user and have no criminal convictions

  • No serious health problems or diagnoses of major mental illness

  • ​Healthy weight and height ratio (Body Mass Index between 19 and 30)
